Tolerance or Love

It strikes me that in our world today, many talk about tolerance. There are so many differences and diversity abounds. Why do you think that is?

I believe it is all part of God’s great plan to get us closer to heaven on earth. Tolerance, is the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. Is this really what our most awesome and gracious Lord ask of us? I believe that God ask so much more from his children. I believe that he COMMANDS love!

Love, is an intense feeling of deep affection. Can you see the difference? Tolerance is just an ability. Love is action! Tolerance is making do. Love is doing! Christ gave his disciples clear instructions at the last supper. The very last words from Jesus in that upper room was; And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. – 1 Corinthians 13:13. 

Love is what we are called by our Savior to do! The greatest thing we can do! Genuine love! Not tolerance.

God is setting up his kingdom to come! I know you see it too! The last days.               Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. – 2 Peter 3:3.                                                                      This is tolerance in disguise by Satan who seeks to devour whom he may while he can. Do not be fooled people.         Wake up and Love!
